By submitting this intake form, I acknowledge that Hutch Aviation Services will perform an initial inspection and provide an estimated cost for maintenance and/or repairs. I understand that this estimate may be subject to change based on further inspection, and no additional work will be performed without my approval. I agree to pay all costs associated with approved services upon completion. Hutch Aviation Services is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or unforeseen issues arising post-maintenance. All work is performed in compliance with FAA regulations. I also acknowledge that failure to retrieve my aircraft within [3] days after service completion may result in additional storage fees.
